With COVID-19 shutting everything down, I wanted to make sure you had some ideas for practicing yoga in your home with your spouse, children, or even pets!

- Chant Om 3 times
- Practice alternate nostril breathing for a cycle of 9
- neck rotations
- side stretch by placing right elbow on floor and reaching to the right with left arm while pushing your left thigh down, reverse.
- body rotations
- thread right hand between left hand and knee while in tabletop, stretch out left arm, remember to sit towards feet, reverse
